The Best Part…
The best part of starting North Bay Fiber is that I’m sharing this journey with my family. They are so supportive and together we have been learning so much!
Showing my boys how to turn an idea/dream into a business is such an important message. Set goals, make a plan, work hard, and follow through. You don’t know, if you never try.
Whether you succeed or not is irrelevant, there is no such thing. Making your unknown known is the important thing. - Georgia O’Keeffe
Wool Approved
Dyed samples of my Targhee-Polypay fleece arrived! These are just 7 out of the 12 colors that I’m going to offer. It’s amazing how exact the colors are to the swatches I sent. I LOVE them!
I can't not wait to see the colors spun up into my first yarn for North Bay Fiber!
P.S. The skein on top is the yarn in it's natural, undyed state. It's such a pretty, creamy natural. I'm definitely going to be offering the undyed version too.
I’m going to Rhinebeck!!
I’m so excited to announce that North Bay Fiber will be making its first public debut at this year’s Rhinebeck Sheep & Wool festival. I’ll be in the Zeilinger Wool Mill booth and my yarn will be available! The event is in Rhinebeck, New York at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds and is happening October 16-17, 2021.
I hope to see you there!
