It's Giving Tuesday

After a long holiday weekend of shopping and promoting sales, we think it's wonderful and important to celebrate Giving Tuesday! 

What is Giving Tuesday? 
Giving Tuesday is celebrated the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It's a day to donate to charitable causes, nonprofit organizations, and encourage each other to give back to their community. 

For Giving Tuesday, we are donating 20% of today's online sales to the Michigan Sheep Producers Association. 

This is the 3rd year in a row that we are donating to the Michigan Sheep Producers Association. They advocate for the growth and development of the sheep industry in Michigan. They provide scholarships, mentorships and education opportunities in support of budding shepherds. After seeing first-hand the labor and dedication involved in yarn production, I am proud to donate to the Michigan Sheep Producers Association. 

After all, if they don't learn how to shear the sheep, we won't have the yarn!
