Knit Therapy at North Bay Fiber is your weekly support session when you need guidance, encouragement, or a little accountability with your knitting.

This punch card includes 6 Knit Therapy sessions for $100 — giving you one session free.

What is Knit Therapy?

A casual, drop-in support session where you can sit with one of our experienced team members and get one-on-one help moving forward with your project.

It’s not a full class or private lesson — think of it as knitting support with expert guidance.

Perfect for when you:

• Need help starting a new pattern
• Feel stuck or confused
• Want help fixing a mistake
• Are returning to a long-lost WIP
• Just want confidence and calm support
